Placing an order with Total Fireworks Limited constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read the following Terms of Business and agree to them.
Prices And Specifications
All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling. Every effort is made to ensure that the prices and specifications displayed are accurate and current, however both are subject to change without notice. Orders which are placed for items which have undergone a price change, or have been priced erroneously will be held pending your subsequent agreement to purchase at the new price.
Images displayed on the site are representative only and represent in no part a guarantee of the performance or appearance of a particular product.
There may be times when an item you have ordered has sold out. In these situations Total Fireworks reserves the right to replace that item with a similar firework of equal or greater value.
Total Fireworks Limited has a policy of not releasing personal information to anyone outside our organisation. We will not sell your name or address information to anyone without your prior consent. All information gathered during your visit with us is for tracking and marketing purposes only.
All data transmitted to the transaction server is encrypted using a proprietory encryption technique to ensure security of your card details, and are processed on a secure server.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch cards. Your card is authorised when you place your order using the latest technology in secure verification software/procedures. It is then charged when we have initiated shipment of the item to you. Credit card companies use your billing address information in the verification process, so be sure to provide us with your correct billing address information as well as your ship address and phone number(s). Providing this information will help avoid delays in processing your order. We reserve the right to verify the charge card billing address, or to ship only to charge card billing address. At this time, we do not accept COD orders.
Total fireworks deliver fireworks to all locations in the UK 12 months of the year. There is a flat rate delivery rate in place for orders in England and Wales and orders to addresses within 10 miles of one of our outlets are delivered free of charge. Deliveries to Scotland and offshore locations are quoted separately – don’t hesitate to contact the office about this service. Fireworks can not be delivered to Northern Ireland or Eire. Deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over 18 years of age.
All fireworks should be received within 8 working days of placing an order but this of course depends on your funds clearing. All fireworks are delivered between 9am and 5pm and for this reason we suggest that you have your order delivered to your place of work or a property where there will always be a person available to receive your order.
If Total Fireworks are unable to deliver fireworks due to there not being a person over the age of 18 to receive them then they will be re-delivered for an additional charge of £15.
All products sold by Total Fireworks Limited carry full original manufacturer's warranty if applicable unless otherwise specified. Total Fireworks Limited makes no warranties expressed or implied as to the fitness of any item for any particular purpose.
Total Fireworks Limited will only provide replacements for defective fireworks. You must contact Total Fireworks Limited for proper return procedures. If a replacement is not available, then a refund may be requested. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refused shipments may be charged a restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from Total Fireworks Limited. In no event will Total Fireworks Limited accept a return of any item that has been abused, neglected, or in any way damaged by the customer.
Claims for shortages or damaged stock must be made to us by fax within 7 days of receipt of stock. Refused shipments may be charged a restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from Total Fireworks Limited.
Total Fireworks reserve the right to substitute fireworks that are no longer available with fireworks of equal or greater value.
Total Fireworks Limited makes no warranties expressed or implied as to the fitness of any item for any particular purpose. Total Fireworks Limited will not be responsible for any accidental, consequential or any other special damages which may occur from the purchase, use or abuse of any product supplied by Total Fireworks, even if Total Fireworks Limited or any of its employees or agents are made aware of such damages or the possibility of damages.
In no event will any of Total Fireworks Limited employees, officers, or other representatives be responsible for any claims whatsoever made against Total Fireworks Limited
Total Fireworks Limited is a registered company within the United Kingdom. All disputes shall be subject to resolution under English Law.

Total Fireworks Limited is not responsible for any misrepresentation of any product by any manufacturer or any public or political involvement of any manufacturer, distributor, partner, employee, or agent.
All descriptions, policies, and statements contained in this document or provided by our employees are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to make changes as needed without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse any sale for any reason. In the event that one or more of the policies contained herein may be found to be unenforceable, it shall not affect any other policy.
